二 |          　　据一位餐饮企业负责人介绍，餐饮行业在夏季高温期间，对食材的新鲜、质保、规格有着较高的管控，所用餐具食品，跟贴随货单验货，也会对食用餐具进行及时消毒，明码标价，诚信经营，是企业的服务理念，确保广大顾客能够吃的放心、安心。         　　据了解，为扎实做好食品安全工作，区市场监督管理局压实工作责任，夯实工作举措，常态化开展食品安全排查，严格按照“零容忍、严执法、重实效”的工作要求，加大对违规经营行为打击力度，引导企业和商户树立诚信经营理念，责令存在安全隐患的企业和商户及时进行整改并组织开展“回头看”，切实守住夏季食品安全“警戒线”。         　　区市场监督管理局将重点对易腐易变质食品、冷冻食品等加大执法力度，严格查处销售过期变质食品以及未明码标价等违法行为，持续开展食品安全大检查，进一步压实食品生产经营者的主体责任，坚决守牢食品安全底线，确保广大人民群众夏季食品安全。
